The Museum’s location just under the Station makes it an ideal stopping-off point for visitors arriving in Brighton by rail, and the Museum was the original testbed for Brighton’s constellation of Visitor Information Points.
In conjunction with VisitBrighton, the Museum provides free city maps, leaflets and information on local tourist attractions, and general tourism advice.
The Museum also maintains a substantial amount of online information regarding Brighton and its history, and the Museum’s lobby (which is free to visit) has a set of six displays on historic Brighton.
