One of the more distinctive features of the Tri-ang Minic Motorways slotcar range was the company's production of accompanying pavement and grass verges accessories for most (all?) of the roadway sections. These let one turn a fairly bare racetrack or motorway layout into something more urban-looking, which was especially useful if one was combining the roadway system with a model railway.
