A single-cylinder steam-powered model Tug, the "Industrious", scratch-built by Chris Littledale when he was a teenager, circa 1961. The model has a red funnel with black upper, and the deck has been lifted off to show the working steam engine inside.
The model was built from a set of plans purchased from Veron, published by Keil Kraft, who made a range of model aircraft and boats. Kits for the tug were also available, but Chris' model was built from individually-sourced materials rather from a kit.
