A "Dutch Girl" Pelham Puppets "Standard Puppet" marionette with long yellow hair, green hat, pale yellow shirt with green waistcoat, red-and-white checked skirt, and hablue crown and silvery dress with red lining, and yellow hinged feet.

Description

"Dutch Girl" standard stringed Pelham puppet, with original box.

Pink skin tone wooden ball head with blue hand painted eyes with eyelashes, red rosebud mouth. Blond golden (acrylic?) mohair hair, long tied in pony tail behind head with pink ribbon. Green felt hat. Yellow cotton blouse with long sleeves, green felt bodice with yellow thread lacing to front. Red and white gingham small check gathered skirt. Composition moulded closed hands. Body construction, wooden torso, arms in wooden sections, joints metal eyelets. Legs have flat metal inserted hinge to knees and ankles, yellow clog style wooden feet.

T-shaped wooden control.

Box is brown card with blue and red "Pelham Puppets" design label. Stamped 'Dutch girl' on end of lid.
