An early grey and black Hornby Series gauge 0 "Crane Truck".
The truck has a black Type 2 chassis, with a grey rotating crane with a black hook and silver winding-handle, and the side of the crane is lettered "TO LIFT / 10 TONS", in white.
The chassis doesn't have any obvious railway company markings, suggesting that it might be a fairly early model.
