A built Lego Homemaker Kitchen Set.
Features
Although the table and stools are fairly crude, the kitchen equipment is really rather nice. Star items are the cooker with opening door and sliding internal tray, the sink with chromed tap, the second set of cooker controls that can be used for an eyelevel grill, and the really clever air intake brick that sits under a pair of stacked white cupboards to magically turn them into an obvious upright fridge-freezer unit.
Figures
The set comes with the parts to build two female Homemaker figures.
Version
This set (261) went through multiple variations. This is the version with blue baseboard with smooth central area, yellow-themed work-surfaces, and oven with eye-level grill.
If we weren't trying to building this exactly as it is on the box, we'd probably substitute some nice crisp white tiles for the yellow, or go for a period red-and-white theme.
Enhancements
Added to the build are large doors and windows designed to go with Homemaker, and white boundary wall.
