Assembled Lego model of a London Bus with original box, Lego 384, made in 1973. Route number 7, with Hyde Park, Oxford Street, and Regent Street listed on decals.
The bus is displayed in front of its box.
Scale
Although the bus is "Legoland-era", it is not to Legoland scale, as it uses the standard-size spoked wheels, rather than the single-stud Microwheels. The purpose of the bus design is to show how well Lego could be used to represent the distinctive shape of the classic London Bus, as a stand-alone model rather than as part of a scene.
