A 1:1200 model of the Nuclear commercial vesel NS Savannah, part of the Tri-Ang Minic range produced between 1959 and 1964.
Triang Catalogue Number: M712
The NS Savannah was the first nuclear powered commercial vessel ever built and was named after SS Savannah the first steamship to cross the Atlantic in 1819. The model has a white body and no funnels due to its nuclear power source.
NS Savannah's period of operation was 1957-1981.
