A painted hollowcast lead Bactrian Camel, from the Britains Zoo range, probably pre-war, catalogue number 918.

1940 catalogue description

" These animals are natives of Central Asia, but are seldom used domestically, being of a shy nature and difficult to approach. On account of their two humps, they are easily distinguished from the Arabian Camels. "
