A fairly standard 1920s American Stick Bear, fitted out with a jumper and dungarees.
Clothing
The bear has been dressed with a custom red, white and blue horizontal-striped knitted jumper (with yellow collar) and dark blue dungarees. We're assuming that this clothing was probably made for this particular bear by its owner.
