Cream Daimler Ambulance with red hubs, and a red cross and closed side windows on either side of the van. Silver headlamps and a silver radiator feature on the front too. The model appeared in Meccano Magazine advertising as 30h in January 1950, and was sold with the number to 253 from 1954-1960.

The original vehicle the toy is modelled from is thought to be the Daimler DC27 Ambulance.
