The set consists of the orbiting Command and Service Module (CSM), the Lunar Lander (LEM), the Surveyor 3 Lunar Probe, Astronauts, an oval section of lunar landscape, and a chromed arm for suspending the CSM.
Overview
Unfortunately, the Command Module (capsule) cannot be detached from the rest of the Command Service Module, and (similarly) the lander does not disassemble into the component lander base and ascent module.
Other then these two small gripes, this is a very nice set of models, with the smaller more easily damaged details like thrusters packed separately for assembly by the Owner. Due to the small parts these are very much display pieces (intended to be shown behind glass) rather than toys.
