A gauge 1 brown lithographed tinplate private owner's open wagon, marked "MODEL ENGINEERS" / "BASSETT LOWKE LTD." / "LONDON & NORTHAMPTON", with the main company name in diagonal black-shadowed brown letters against a white diagonal band, and the other text in white.
The wagon was made by Georges Carette for Bassett-Lowke circa ~1914.
