A green, gauge 0 two-rail electric model of the SOUTHERN 2424 "Beachy Head" 4-4-2 locomotive.
The original locomotive
The Beachy Head (built 1911) was decommissioned in Brighton in 1958, and was the last surviving Brighton "Atlantic" loco.
The Bluebell Railway Atlantic Group are currently involved in reconstructing a new 4-4-2 locomotive based on the Beachy Head.
