1932: Bench Drill, Märklin 4263 (different but similar) [image info]
A desktop belt-driven working model Bench Drill, possibly by Märklin, but currently awaiting identification.
Identification
The model drill doesn't exactly correspond to any of the Märklin catalogue images that we currently have, but it has some design similarities to catalogue item 4263, which came in two differently-sized versions ... it's possible that ours might be the "other" version to the one pictured in the catalogue.
Than again, these designs were fairly generic, and copied between manufacturers, or base don real original tools, so common design features don't necessarily mean that this wasn't made by Bing, or Ernst Plank, or some other German manufacturer.
