A yellow octagonal-framed "fairground Ferris Wheel" holding eight double-seats with blue interiors.
The wheel comes with a movable set of yellow steps and and alighting platform.
All three components are mostly yellow, with some details picked out in red, the wheelframe also has two black transverse "plank" pieces as a base, and the platform has a black railing.
The wheel like other pieces in the set, has a large-radius drive wheel designed for a belt-drive to connect the ride to an external engine.
