Brighton Film Studios was at (45?) St Nicholas' Road, and has thirteen motion pictures listed on the BFI website with dates from 1951 and 1964, including "The Girl on the Pier" (1953) and "Smokescreen" (1964).
The building now seems to have been turned into the flats of St Nicholas' Court.
