The i360 [image info]
The Brighton City Sightseeing open-top double-decker tour bus operates for six to seven months of the year, typically between April and October. It provides a useful way to see much of the city, and provides a handy "base of operations" and jumping-off point for daytrippers and weekend explorers.
One full "loop" takes around fifty minutes, and the service runs hourly, half-hourly during peak months.
Hop-On, Hop-Off
Although the main stop ("1") is slightly to the West of the Palace Pier, once you've bought your ticket (or had your printed voucher scanned by the driver and given a ticket), you can get on and off the bus at any of the twelve stops. It's an all-day ticket, so you can use the bus as many times as yu like during the day. Some trippers might like to do a full loop first, and then (once they've familiarised themselves with the route) use the bus to move between points on their itinerary. The same tickets can also be used on any other Brighton&Hove Buses services.
