The Gold State Coach (sometimes referred to as "The Coronation Coach") is the elaborate gold-leaf-covered horse-drawn coach normally used for British coronations.
It was originally built for the coronation of George III (who became King in 1760), but it wasn't ready in time, and was first used in 1762 for his opening of Parliament, instead.
