A red Hornby Series gauge 0 "Type 2" chassis "CRAWFORD'S BISCUITS" Wagon with white roof, black base and wheels, and gold lettering with a thin black outline, introduced in 1924. In the bottom left corner is a gold Royal crest with "BY APPOINTMENT" in black letters.
The wagon has hinged opening central side doors with small rounded folded-and-pressed handles.
Unlike the catalogue illustration on on this page, the van has the "Hornby Series" logo directly on the red van side, to the right, instead of on the side of the black chassis bed
