A grey plastic Agricultural Cultivator attachment made by the Lego company, probably from around ~1951, which is when the plastic tractor model that it attaches to first appeared. The model number is 674.
The Cultivator is displayed attached to the back of the Ferguson Plastic Tractor (Lego 770).
