A blue-liveried gauge 0 BR Bulleid 4-6-2 Merchant Navy Class ("spam can") locomotive 35002 Union Castle, probably made by Bond's of Euston Road.

Details

The model has a Bond's mechanism, and we're assuming that the rest of the loco is probably Bond's, too. The loco shape is "early-ish", with the poorer forward cab visibility that was later changed, and with low-profile smoke deflectors.

It comes with detachable "Devon Belle" and "Union Castle" placards.

The original loco

35002 is the loco's numbering under British Rail, and the blue livery was introduced for passenger locos by BR.

The loco previously ran (under the Southern Railway) with the number 21C2, and under SR would originally have been painted malachite green.
