An "Oilette" postcard of "The Garden Entrance", The Queen's Dolls' House (later to be known as Queen Mary's Dolls' House), produced by Raphael Tuck and Sons ("Tuck's Postcards") catalogue number 4500-6. These postcards started to be produced in 1924, when the dollhouse first went on public display.

I: 4500: DINING ROOM SIDEBOARD.

Furniture, fittings and decorations have all been specially made by British artists and craftsmen for the Queen's Dolls' House. Over 1,600 have worked on this miniature replica of all that is best in 20th Century domestic art and culture. The Dining Room sideboard is decked with silver salvers, rosewater dishes, racing trophies and above it is a still life picture by W. Ranken, R.I. The two pictures of the Coronation of the King and Queen were painted by Captain Pearse, N.Z.R.B.
