A purple-brown diecast model Fowler Showman's Engine, from the Matchbox Models of Yesteryear range (Y9).
The model has a cream curved roof and yellow metal spoked wheels with grey rims.
Green-shadowed yellow lettering along the roof edges reads: LESNEY'S MODERN AMUSEMENTS".
Markings inside the roof read: "MODELS OF YESTERYEAR / No9 / FOWLER SHOWMAN'S ENGINE". The model doesn't carry the Matchbox brandname, and is numbered "No9" rather than "Y-9"
