A model House, made using the Airfix Building Set ("Lockbricks") plastic construction set toy.
The model is identifiably made from Set No.3, as it has the plastic roof tile system, rather than the cardboard roofs included in sets No.1 and No.2.
It also has the later version of the windows, "modern" rectangular rather than diamond-pattern.
