1953 - |
Littletown was a range of clip-together pre-coloured plastic building kits that are known to have appeared in trade catalogues from 1953 onwards.
Initially produced by Unlimited Plastics Corporation, at their factory in East Paterson, New Jersey, the range seems to have been taken over by Banner Plastics in 1955. In the UK, the range was produced under licence, by Kleeware.
Towards the end of 1955, Bachmann took over, and incorporated the range into their existing competing Plasticville range.
