About the character
Famous for his appearance in the "Tea Party" scene, the March Hare appears alongside the Mad Hatter and the Dormouse. The character is obviously based on the phrase 'Mad as a March hare', which came from an old misunderstanding of hare breeding cycles and their supposedly crazed "boxing".
