A long slim boxed Meccano Accessory Outfit 3a
The box is red with a grey white and black label showing a picture of a largeish "blue and gold"-era Meccano truck and open trailer (identifiable by its cross-hatched panels), and describes the set as upgrading either a No.3 set or an OUTFIT B set (from the period when Meccano sets were assigned letters), to a No.4.
