A multicoloured "Ostrich" standard string Pelham Puppets marionette, based on wooden balls and wooden beads, with a yellow ball head with blue plume and red beak, and a blue ball body with red tail.
Description
Yellow ball wooden head with black metal button eyes inserted, brown felt beak, blue rabbit fur hair. Yellow, blue and red beaded neck. Blue wooden ball body with red rabbit fur tail. Legs yellow sections with red ball knees and red disc feet. Body strung on cotton cord.
Wooden cross control.
Box, brown card, Pelham label lid, 'ostrich' hand written in pencil on end of box.
