A blue and white Hornby Series Single Arm Railway Signal No.2E (distant). This was a No.2 signal, fitted with the "electric light" option - the distant version of the signal had a chevron-shaped end.

The signal has a blue rectangular base, a blue finial and a blue access ladder.
