The Many Faces of Palitoy

The Many Faces of Palitoy is a Heritage Lottery Fund supported project to promote and preserve the legacy of the famous Palitoy company in Coalville, Leicester. The Coalville Heritage Society were awarded an HLF grant for the project in March 2019, and advertised the Project Manager post as being active from August 2019 to October 2020.

Fittingly, the Heartwood Conference Centre (where the exhibition is being held) is actually the old Palitoy factory.

The Many Faces of Palitoy – A Century of Toys is a Coalville Heritage Society led project through a partnership with North West Leicestershire District Council, the National Trust (Museum of Childhood), Leicestershire Museums Service and Leicestershire Promotions as well as individual donors.
