A green VW Karmann Ghia Coupé, Dinky Toys 187, with silver wheels and white tyres, a white top, and a silver radiator grille.
The model was launched in the November 1959 issue of Meccano Magazine, and produced until 1964.
VW Karmann Ghia
The car combined the solid frame and mechanics of a Volkswagen Beetle with styling by Ghia, and bodywork built by the German company Karmann. Overall, nearly half a million of these cars were built in Germany and South America between 1955 and 1974.
