A brown gauge 0 Hornby Trains Ventilated Container "SR BM 1057 MEAT / for fresh Meat with a black roof, on flatbed wagon SR 39010.
This is the revised, "post-war" version of the SR ventilated wagon that is supposed to have appeared in 1948 (and is mentioned in the Graebe book as having been produced in large batches in 1941). The original 1936 version was silver, and had slightly different text.
