A rare lead model of the "Prudence Kitten" BBC children's television character introduced by Annette Mills (of "Muffin the Mule" fame).
Prudence's sister was called Primrose.
The model was manufactured for Luntoy by Berrett & Sons in 1952, and was part of a range that included Princess Tai-Lu, the magical Siamese Cat.
