The museum had has a display cabinet of Lesney Models of Yesteryear vehicles (and also some other archaic road vehicle models, such as steam cars) on display in Arch Four, in the cabinet that previously housed the "100 Years of Steam" display.
Towards the end of 2017, the Matchbox content of this display was moved to the main Matchbox cabinet, and the display reused to house the contents of the miscellaneous lead figures cabinet, along with our collection of Heinrichsen lead flats, from storage.
