A dark blue cast lead Air Mail Car with white tyres, made by Taylor and Barrett for the Skybirds range, as model number 34A.
Design
The car is completely painted blue, with ROYAL AIR MAIL embossed into the sides.
The car body is a three-part construction, with an internal chassis that docks with the rear of the bodyshell, and is secured with a pin or small nail through the separate silver radiator/headlights piece.
Maker
The chassis underside has quite a corroded surface, but one can just make out the words "COPYRIGHT", "ENGLAND".
