Edward Beal's Railway Modelling Series was a set of (as far as we know, at least twelve) slightly-narrower-than-A5 booklets with differently coloured covers, published by Modelcraft Ltd in the 1950s.

The 1951 Modelcraft List lists the first seven issues, and describes the series as new.

1951 promotional text:

The aim of this new series of handbooks is to cover the entire field of railway modelling within a compass of about a dozen sections, and this to bring the separate books within the limits of a modest purse. When published in their entirety, the handbooks will form a complete and comprehensive guide. After more than twenty years' experience of both building and operating, Mr. Beal is still the world's most prolific and best-known exponent of the craft, his books being known and read in every country where men make scale railway models. The volumes are most profusely and excellently illustrated. We have installed special printing plant to enable us to produce books with this number of illustrations at a price which is extremely modest.
