A Fireplace and Mntelpiece No.8302, sold by Bassett-Lowke Ltd. in the 1930s as part of the Nuways dollhouse furniture range.
1930s catalogue text:
- " This is an exact replica of the well known Bell grate with Dutch tile surround and hearth. it is fitted with imitation fire illuminated with electric bulb when connected with pocket battery.
- No.8302 Height to top of mantelpiece 3 3/4", width 4", projection of hearth from wall 1 1/4". Price complete with electric bulb and flex 3/6d.
