A vertical band-powered model factory machine tool Model Power Press made by Mamod.
The tool is green-painted cast metal, mounted on a red metal baseplate with 5×7 holes around the edge, using Meccano (half-inch) spacings.
The model has a red flywheel-stroke-drivewheel with a silver rim, and a brass press-piece.
1968 description
This model is fitted with a 1 3/8 in. diameter red-spoked flywheel. Easily driven by one of the smaller engines.
