1936: Matching Distributor Plate 471 [image info]
A small black rounded-rectangular Signal Control Plate with two red button controls, made by Märklin during the 1930s, catalogue number 472.
Compatibility
The piece has sockets and prongs allowing it to be used directly with the matching signal Distributor Plate, 471.
Although these two items could technically be used with accessories for any gauge of model railway, Märklin tended to list them in the 00-gauge accessories section of their catalogues, since their comparatively small size would be most useful on smaller layouts, where space was at a premium.
