Card No. 39 : The WACO "UIC" CABIN BIPLANE (U.S.A.)
This biplane is one of the four-seater saloon or taxi type. It is a very comfortable cabin machine and is used in the U.S. chiefly for business and private touring. The two front seats are fitted with dual controls and the rear of the cabin is very spacious. It is fitted with roof windows which allow the pilot an almost unobstructed view aft. The Waco Model C with the Wright "Whirlwind" engine has a cruising speed of 134 mph., and a range of 500 miles.
